One day in spring 2022, I asked my mom to go to Barbados to visit my grandparents. Mum explained that trips are expensive so I thought about it and decided I could do something to earn enough money to take my whole family to Barbados. At first I thought about having a lemonade stand but that would only be good for the summer months. I asked my parents for help with ideas. We thought of a few ideas, then my mum suggested we make crayons – it would combine my love of drawing and colouring with her love of crafting.

At Kiddo & Me we hand make crayons in the shape of letters of the alphabet. You can get crayons to spell words, your name or greetings like Happy Birthday.
